As the Sr Analyst in Pharmacy Operations, you will play a vital role on several in-flight Retail Pharmacy projects that focus on improving the colleague and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Building reports or dashboard using Excel and other tools to track results of a new initiative, or pulling analytical information to assist with R & D of a potentially new project for submission and providing insights to the team.
• Assisting with user story development, project valuations, and user acceptance testing as needed across the team.
• Be the primary point of contact for all field related communications and interactions including MyInsights and Help Desk escalations.
• Creating change management and deployment plans including risk and mitigation plans, and aligning with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation of PowerPoint presentations in a way that can be easily understood by non-subject matter experts, including leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• 2+ years’ experience manipulating and tracking data and generating reports using Microsoft Excel. Should be comfortable using V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and working with large data sets
• 1+ years’ relevant experience in operations or consulting

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with SQL and / or Snowflake
• Familiarity with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of advanced functions in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy and pharmacy processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
