We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team! We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience providing desktop support in a corporate setting preferably financial services or trading floor.
This is a long-term indefinite part time contract role with 20 hours per week required / expected. The hourly pay rate is $23-$24.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields specifically financial services
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with a management team that is not onsite
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Reliable communication
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
