Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this individual is responsible for strategic, operational and financial analysis, KPI’s, cash flow forecasts, and special projects.

The Senior Financial Analyst coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts with the objective of achieving growth, improved profitability, or efficiency gains.

Here’s what you'll do

Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and challenge the business with forward thinking approaches to accelerate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase profitability including :

ROI analysis and Investment prioritizationScenario planning / modelingDevelop reporting on pipeline analysis including conversion rates and sales funnel metricsOperational analysis Developing and refining meaningful management reportingPreparing business recommendations based on financial analysisAssist in development of regular financial forecasts that incorporate current business trends and strategiesDriving continuous improvement in report and analysis automationTaking initiative and working independently to conduct special studies to analyze complex financial dataCompleting internal process review, documenting internal processes and providing recommendations for improved productivity and / or cost savings

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical and conceptual skills. SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, working capital analysis and US GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated influencing abilities
  • A minimum of four years of experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.

  • Must be able to convey information in a clear, focused, and concise manner
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional maturity and demonstrated experience managing confidential information
  • Advance Excel skills (Including lookups, Pivot Table, Index-Match, etc.)
  • Cash flow management experience preferred

$110,000 - $140,000 Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
