Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Partnering : Collaborate with sales leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Performance Management : Design and implement a robust sales performance management system.
  • Analytics : Conduct proactive sales performance analytics to enable timely actions.
  • Employee Advocacy : Champion employee development and engagement within the sales team.
  • Collaboration : Work with HR and other functions to enhance sales team effectiveness.

What You Bring :

  • 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically supporting sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
  • A fearless approach to engaging with a dynamic global sales team.
  • A keen interest in innovative employee engagement strategies.
