Key Responsibilities :
- Business Partnering : Collaborate with sales leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
- Performance Management : Design and implement a robust sales performance management system.
- Analytics : Conduct proactive sales performance analytics to enable timely actions.
- Employee Advocacy : Champion employee development and engagement within the sales team.
- Collaboration : Work with HR and other functions to enhance sales team effectiveness.
What You Bring :
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
- 5+ years of experience specifically supporting sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
- A fearless approach to engaging with a dynamic global sales team.
- A keen interest in innovative employee engagement strategies.
