We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager for an established real estate development group based in Greenville, SC. Role is full time, direct hire and onsite.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and distribute quarterly Asset Management Reports
- Maintain regular communication with Property Managers
- Prepare Lease Abstract
- Assist in preparation of annual operating budgets
- Review and edit CAM charges
- Assist in the design and preparation of business development materials, proposals and other deliverables for clients
- Review invoices for accuracy and submit to Landlord for approval for payment
- Handle the day-to-day operations for the corporation
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Maintain up to date business licenses and insurance coverage
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Yardi software preferred, and a strong grasp of business operations, compliance, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
