We are looking for outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic leaders who will :
- Accurately represent the Palm Beach Tan brand
- Develop and extensively train our sales teams with a focus on increasing profits
- Provide our clients with unparalleled customer service while cultivating long-term relationships with our customers
MITs will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Management Team.
Responsibilities :
- Managing day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
- Meeting team and individual sales quotas which are measured daily / weekly / monthly
- Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
- Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
- Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening / closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Qualifications :
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of face-to-face sales experience
- Reliable transportation with flexible availability that must include nights & weekends
- Friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Polished, professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7 hours per day
