Adecco is currently seeking a Project Coordinator in Richmond, VA (Hybrid) .
Tittle : Project Coordinator
Duration : 2 Months
Location : Richmond, VA (Mon & Fri remote / Tue-Thu onsite)
Pay Range : $21-$24 / hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Note : Candidate will be working on site for the first 3 weeks for extensive training, then will be remote. No customer contact for this role.
Job Description :
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, combined with a passion for process improvement.
- Successful associates are self-motivated, possess strong decision-making ability and are comfortable researching and solving problems across multiple areas and systems.
- They must be able to work autonomously and with others to resolve issues.
- Execute account setups and modification for new and existing clients received from multiple requesters, and multiple intake channels, ensuring Execution Intent.
- Complete real-time peer Quality Checks to ensure updates are accurate.
- Communicate results of Quality Checks and follows through on any remediation as needed.
- Ad hoc projects and data requests as needed by the business.
- Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation, including process flows, procedures and other documents.
- Partnering across other business areas to drive improvements and resolve issues.
- Collaborating within the team and across teams.
- Documenting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to decision makers.
- Tracking and assisting to resolve process breakdowns.
- Understanding customers’ needs of the process and highlighting process improvements.
Will also have :
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously - be self-sufficient and a self-starter.
Basic Qualifications :
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- At least 1 year of Commercial Card experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- Case Management experience
