Responsibilities :

• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Strategic Showcasing : Efficiently organize and conduct property showings, leveraging your market acumen to highlight each home's unique appeal.

Your ability to bring out the best in each property will be instrumental in engaging potential buyers.
