Description
- Maintains a reliable Point of Sale and e-commerce environment for several Retail owned markets by providing, but not limited to the following : Standard Pricing uploads, data table updates and maintenance, promotional pricing setups and the ability to resolve support e-mails in the system support in-box.
- Defines system areas of improvement related to point of sales, purchasing and flow of Retail owned inventory. Analyze and plan, provide solutions to management and coordinate implementation with IT.

- Ability to translate technical documentation in a way that directly relates to the business.
- Oversees the flow of all pricing through the Retail Management System. In-depth knowledge of the Retail Division’s standard and promotional pricing structure.
- Maintain pricing integrity in the point of sales system and e-commerce by using rules-based pricing methodology.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for areas of improvement related to standard and promotional price margin on units, options, and services.
- Oversees the business portion of system projects, enhancements and rollouts related to pricing, point of sales and purchasing.
Ability to orchestrate the business side of system enhancements, updates and conversions in a way that has the least impact to normal operation.
Solid understanding of database structure, formulating variables and database reporting. Ability to define business specification, translate and report against them.
Ability to formulate multiple datasets using different data and analytical platforms such as DOMO, Business Object and Pentaho.
Familiar with sales, marketing, purchasing and inventory data sets.

SCOPE & IMPACT :
Maintains proper pricing, promotion, and system functionality for 180+ company owned stores, totaling over $900 Million in yearly sales.
Maintaining the RMS application encompasses updating and assuring data integrity for approximately 20,000 SKU’s per Regional Distribution Center over the life cycle of the SKU.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field with 2- 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize workflow in a multiple task environment.
- Strong organizational skills with extra attention to detail.
- Experience in working with databases.
- Up to 5% travel.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS :
Advanced knowledge of the Business Objects application.
