Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric ICU Nurse to join our team As a member of our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young patients.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs in the PICU.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients' families about their conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical care and interventions as needed.
Requirements :
- Valid RN license in the state of Georgia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families.
