Skilled Healthcare Facility -
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional care to our residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Provide strategic direction and leadership to the nursing home team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to nursing home operations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Quality Assurance : Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the quality of care provided to residents.
- Financial Management : Develop and manage the nursing home's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
- Staff Management : Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nursing home staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and ongoing professional development.
- Resident Care : Oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care, including medical services, activities, and social programs.
- Community Relations : Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the surrounding community.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in nursing administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and financial budgets.
