Position Summary & Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to lead the sales and marketing of the Company’s production-oriented services in the Permian Basin.

This role involves actively sourcing and driving sales, presenting our range of service solutions, securing direct service orders, and ensuring ongoing customer support and follow-up.

The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in the successful growth and market expansion of our production services offering in the Permian Basin, which will also include cross-selling other business lines where applicable.

Our production-oriented services include plant-based tubular inspection, reclamation and threading, mobile tubing scanning, our unique digital solutions, and a variety of ancillary offerings.

The primary target customers include oil and gas engineers, supply chain personnel, senior field operations staff, and oilfield rental companies.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and includes :

Base Salary : $80K $90K Bonus : Quarterly Commission on Sales

Essential Duties :

  • Develop and drive revenue growth to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Establish new customer accounts both in the field and at regional field offices.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular field visits and interactions with customers at wellsites and regional field offices.
  • Actively solicit and take orders for various services including well-site work (Mobile Tubing Scanning) and plant-based delivery and pick-up orders.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers on the Company's products and services, and facilitate interactions with Company Managers and customers as needed.
  • Represent the Company at industry trade shows and other industry events.
  • Obtain signatures for invoices or field tickets as required by customers.
  • Monitor and report on regional competitive activities to the VP of Operations and regional Management team, aiding in the development of sales and service strategies to increase market share.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer issues, managing communication and resolution processes between the customer and Company to ensure service continuity.

Essential Education, Skills, and Experience :

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the oilfield services industry.
  • Self-starter with an organized and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to understand and meet the needs of clients and customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (this is essential).
  • Spanish language proficiency is desirable.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering high-performance results.
  • Demonstrated understanding of industry trends, market dynamics and industry players.
  • Ability to focus on outcomes and achieve sales goals within specified timelines.
  • Proficient in delivering compelling presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify solutions to problems.

Position Type / Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Occasional work outside of these hours may be required as job duties demand, including early mornings and weekends.

Travel Periodic travel outside of the Permian Basin region, including overnight stays, may be required.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
