Responsibilities :
- Coordinate new product set up information with vendors with a strong attention to detail for nuances related to distribution type and internal strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with impacted business units and vendor relationships outside.
- Extract product information from company systems using SQL, Access and SEI Proprietary systems.
- Synchronize product information between vendor communications and company systems using advance level excel skills.
- Review product information for completeness and accuracy, identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Completes and submits product information change request forms for management approval and data processing.
- Review product information in company systems for inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
- Research issues to identify root cause and recommend resolution.
- Execute cross functional tasks based on priority and volume of workload.
- Communicate and escalate issues to the Supervisor as appropriate.
- Coordinates product information changes with Vendors and respective Category Managers to align assortment assortment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required
- Position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Effectively operates in a high volume environment while achieving minimal error rates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
