We are hiring LPN's

Location Claremont, Lebanon, Concord, Bedford, Rochester, Hampton, Dover, Exter, Milford- NH

Shift - 3 : 00 PM -11 : 30 PM

Contract length - 13 weeks

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians
• Administer medications and treatment according to physician's orders
• Assist in the assessment of patient health status and document findings
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to devise and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any deviations from normal parameters
• Perform wound care and dressing changes as necessary
• Assist with patient education and communication of discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and nursing practices
• Participate in the review and update of nursing care procedures and protocols
• Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
• Support in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of patients
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reports
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide prompt interventions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities

Required qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse program
• Current LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of practice
• Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care responsibilities
• Excellent clinical and assessment skills
• Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Knowledge of infection control standards and practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct
• Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and demands
• Physical stamina and emotional resilience to handle the demands of the role
• Willingness to pursue continuous learning and skills enhancement
• Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality regulations
