We are hiring LPN's
Location Claremont, Lebanon, Concord, Bedford, Rochester, Hampton, Dover, Exter, Milford- NH
Shift - 3 : 00 PM -11 : 30 PM
Contract length - 13 weeks

Key responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians
- Administer medications and treatment according to physician's orders
- Assist in the assessment of patient health status and document findings
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to devise and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any deviations from normal parameters
- Perform wound care and dressing changes as necessary
- Assist with patient education and communication of discharge instructions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and nursing practices
- Participate in the review and update of nursing care procedures and protocols
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
- Support in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes of patients
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reports
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide prompt interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities
Required qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care responsibilities
- Excellent clinical and assessment skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Knowledge of infection control standards and practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and demands
- Physical stamina and emotional resilience to handle the demands of the role
- Willingness to pursue continuous learning and skills enhancement
- Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality regulations
