Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic Sales / Leasing Consultant with previous sales or leasing experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and familiar with working in an office, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to provide outstanding support, and dress professional.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer phones and greet prospective residents.
- Provide property tours and assist guests with paperwork.
- Perform data entry for new move-ins and applicants.
- Create work orders and assist with lease renewals.
- Collect rent, fines, and late fees.
- Walk units to ensure they are ready for move-ins.
- Deliver notices to residents as needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous sales or leasing experience required.
- Comfortable with computer and scheduling software.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
