We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful.

This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best.

The ideal candidate is a strong sales closer who is persuasive, confident, and has a proven track record of closing deals in a business-to-consumer transaction.

Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000+

Responsibilities :

• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Reach out to sellers that we have determined to be highly likely to benefit from our service
• Work with management to provide data from customer to management who will prove you with offer amount.
• Inform and negotiate deals with a seller
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction

Qualifications :

• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• Please be local
• A SOLID CLOSER not afraid to ask the right questions to secure the deal
• A highly motivated self-starter IS A MUST
• Experience with cold calling and independent prospecting
• 2+ years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• An empathetic nature when dealing with sellers going through the probate / inheritance process
• Tenacity with follow-up, and building a strong pipeline
