Applicants should be persuasive, success-driven salespeople who are ready to drive revenue growth.
Applicants must be serious about being a self starter that will not only assure our listings are showing in excellent condition but also be highly motivated to hunt down new properties for us to purchase.
This is not a list-and-sit job. Be willing to work and be willing to grow and earn or please don't apply.
Compensation :
1.5 % of estimated 10 million dollars in listings per year
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Follow our SOP for listing our renovated homes
- Assure that all inquiries from buyers and buyers agents are answered immediately or promptly.
- Work with other realtors to purchase homes that fit our criteria for purchase
- Work with one of our crew members to ensure homes are visited weekly and determine if a maintenance item is needed.
- If needed coordinate a maintenance item with our Team.
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Currently licensed in real estate
- Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- One year of work experience in real estate
