Construction Project Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Full time, direct hire, onsite, salary $125K - $180K.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle.
- Manage project budget.
- Participate in estimating process.
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
- Creating construction schedules.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experienced with multifamily construction projects.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
