The role :

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for the Americas market, covering the entire marketing funnel from acquisition to retention.
• Set and track growth goals and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Manage and execute all aspects of growth marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Collaborate closely with our US Sales team to develop and implement lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
• Analyze data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve growth targets.
• Present and communicate growth strategies and results effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
