Robert C. Weisheit Co., founded in 1946, specializes in machining for the Defense industries. Currently, our company is looking for a full-time experienced Shipping and Receiving person with a positive attitude.
This person will assist and support Quality Assurance and Production, with the ability to work independently.
Compensation : $20 to $25 Hourly

Shipping and Receiving responsibilities
- Performs physical and clerical duties related to receiving and preparation of shipments including, but not limited to raw materials, component parts and finished products to and from distributors, subcontractors, and customers.
- Ensures the accuracy of all shipping documentation.
- Ensure items are packed in a safe and protective manner.
- Maintains the company’s 100% on-time delivery record.
- Receives incoming shipments and verifies accuracy of the shipment to purchase order.
- Manage facility cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Maintains accurate inventory control of materials and finished goods
Requirements for this position :
- Documentation to legally work in the USA.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Must be able to communicate and follow instruction in English both verbal & written.
- Experience working with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in assembling standard shipping boxes, packing contents securely, palletizing and crating orders per customer requirements
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving documents
- Utilize common hand tools, pallet trucks, banding equipment, and other equipment commonly used in shipping and receiving
- Stand, stoop, bend, squat, pick, place, and lift, up to 50lbs. throughout the shift
