The Slot Lead Service Representative will provide guests with an enjoyable gaming experience by offering exceptional service.
Facilitation of slot operations by performing basic supervisory tasks and work closely with fellow employees and management of all departments to present guests with the best possible service ensuring continued patronage.
Duties :
- Maintain Western Village’s high standard of quality and guest service.
- Initiate, verify and pay slot jackpots of predetermined amounts.
- Carry and maintain a floor bank to provide guests with change.
- Always protect company funds.
- Minor slot machine repair.
- Assist guests with Western Village Passport Program.
- Perform slot operation duties while complying with departmental, company and Gaming policies, procedures and regulations.
- Perform drops and fills for slot machines and voucher redemption machines.
- Resolve minor guest disputes.
- Keep sections neat and clean.
- Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance, appearance policy and the code of conduct.
Qualifications :
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Good math skills.
- High School graduate or equivalent desirable.
- Money handling experience preferred.
- Minimal mechanical skills needed.
