Secur Solution Inc provides top-notch security services for industrial and commercial clients in Southern California. As a growing leader in the industry, we are looking for motivated telemarketers to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and secure appointments.
- Communicate the value of our security services.
- Build and maintain a client pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to meet targets.
- Identify decision-makers and set appointments.
- Qualify leads based on needs, timing, and budget.
- Provide company and product info.
- Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers (training provided).
- Answer inbound inquiries and direct appropriately.
- Track and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Submit weekly activity and results reports.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of telemarketing or cold calling experience.
- Enthusiastic and energetic attitude.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
