About the role
The Director of Marketing will lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic, customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue growth.
This role requires overseeing various marketing channels, with a particular focus on digital platforms, while mentoring and managing a high-performing marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, client retention, and meet overall company revenue goals
- Identify opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Oversee all marketing channels, including digital (website, email, social media, SEO / SEM, display ads, mobile), and traditional methods, ensuring cohesive execution across platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create on-brand content for digital campaigns, including web copy, blog posts, and social media.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for ROI.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for effective campaign management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-6 marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Present marketing strategies, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in driving brand awareness, content development, and customer acquisition.
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO / SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and managing large digital ad budgets.
- Ability to use Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and a working knowledge of Wordpress.
- Experience scaling a brand regionally or nationally.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
The pay range for this role is :
125 - 150 USD per year (It's A Secret Medspa Logistics)
