We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Job Description : The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to a diverse and great Clinical Team and work closely with the Sr.

Clinical Team to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Responsibilities : Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Clinical Team Assist the Sr.

Clinical Team in the management the clinician calendar, scheduled meetings, and agendas Assist in coordinating the onboarding of new clinicians, including credentials verification and updates Assist in the distribution of cases to the clinical team Prepare and edit, reports, presentations, and other documents as directed by the Sr.

Clinical Team Assist in the preparation, management, and distribution of productivity and reimbursement reports On occasion, conduct research and provide background information on various topics Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Sr.

Clinical Team Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Requirements : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field Experience in a healthcare related field with some understanding of medical vocabulary Experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or chief of staff Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Benefits and perks include : Healthcare that fits your needs - We offer excellent medical, dental, and vision plan options that provide coverage to employees and dependents.
