Responsibilities
- Driving lean manufacturing
- Facilitating and leading process improvement teams
- Evaluating production and product costs
- Creating documentation and procedures for production
- Developing improvements to the facilities / factory layout
- Participating in product design reviews
- Performing cost analysis and cost justifications for major expenditures
- Performing safety audits
Qualifications
- Process Pioneer : Experience with identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Industrial Engineering Enthusiast : Your engineering expertise shines through as you support factory enhancements.
- Quality Crusader : Elevate our quality system to the next level, ensuring that every product is world-class.
- Excellent project management skills
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in either Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CAD software
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering
