Business Partnering Analyst, Ops&Supply Chain- Boise, ID

Summary

The Business Partnering Analyst plays a vital role in managing Capital Projects, serving as a key liaison with Kraft Heinz Company, and supporting Integrated Business Planning.

This position involves overseeing capital project management, acting as the main point of contact between Kraft Heinz Company and our organization, and ensuring smooth IBP processes.

The Analyst will manage financial reporting, identify opportunities and risks, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Projects Financial Management :

Approval and Management : Analyze and approve capital projects. Obtain and report capital actuals for international plants (Argentina, China, India) in the SAC system.

Monitor and align systems across plants and provide necessary support. Track fixed asset. Prepare demolition cost forecast.

Capital Projects Reporting :

Reporting and Support : Prepare monthly Power BI reports, assist in capital review meetings, and support engineers with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.

Provide plant support for project closures and accounting processes. Manage lease relationships and support lease tracking and buyouts.

Kraft Heinz Company :

Liaison and Transaction Monitoring : Serve as the main link between Kraft Heinz Company and our organization. Monitor and track transactions between KHC and our company, and closely follow activities at the Ontario plant.

Identify opportunities, risks, and exposures. Prepare and track purchase price variances, manage the 3C budget model, and oversee storage and carrying costs.

Handle raw potato contracts, miscellaneous invoices, and cost cards.

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) :

Consolidation and Support : Consolidate data and support plants in preparing for IBP activities. Track progress and assist in the preparation of IBP presentations.

Identify opportunities and exposures during the IBP process.

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

3+ years related experience and / or training

Other Information

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and familiarity with JDE and SAC is a plus.
