Role Summary
A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through providing personalized service and a unique shopping experience to each customer.
Role Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Engages clientele in genuine conversation in a personalized way to ensure all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
- Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
- Provides a seamless customer experience by listening to personalized needs and preferences of the customer, finding sizes and colors, and placing orders for items not available in store
Teamwork + Communication
- Builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and makes an effort to help others
- Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge and current trends to inspire the customer.
Role Qualifications
- Excellent communication and conversational skills
- Experience in customer service and retail preferred
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including Saturdays. (Closed Sundays)
