LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Patient Service Rep for a growing organization in Sacramento, CA. As a Patient Service Rep, you will provide the highest level of customer service to members regarding their plans.
This position is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls
Assisting members with questions or concerns regarding their insurance plans.
Escalating calls appropriately.
Documenting calls and ensuring notes and resolutions are properly annotated.
Qualifications
1+ year of call center experience
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of HIPPA and other medical insurance regulations.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
