Job Title : Commercial Plumbing / HVAC Project Manager

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and locally-based Commercial Plumbing / HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ.

The successful candidate will have a stable work history, possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management, and bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.

Familiarity with tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, Procore, and a proven track record of handling large commercial projects are essential for this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and designs.
  • Utilize technical expertise to contribute to the design and estimation process for plumbing and HVAC systems in commercial projects.
  • Prepare accurate project cost estimates, bid proposals, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Utilize project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore to facilitate efficient project communication and documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including field staff, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in commercial plumbing and HVAC systems.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, Procore.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local presence in Phoenix, AZ, and a stable work history.
