Storti Quality Services is looking for Community Outreach Coordinators for a 6-9 week assignment to visit members of the community to assist them with restoring their cancelled gas service to their homes.
This individual will ask a few short questions to see what the best avenues for help are. Each discussion with a resident will take a few minutes or less.
The role of a Community Outreach Coordinator plays an incredibly important part in ensuring people are being considered for programs to keep them warm this winter.
Compensation ranges between $18-20 / hr
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Visit with affected community members as assigned
- Provide information to affected community members regarding financial alternatives that will enable natural gas services to be restored.
- Enter reports into database.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Proficient with entering data into mobile device or tablet
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Additional :
- Must have personal, reliable transportation
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Demands :
- Duties are performed out-of-doors and may be exposed to changing weather conditions.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
