Job Description :
Responsible for providing guidance to Talent Acquisition Advisors, Recruiting Coordinators and HR Specialists related to the international hiring process to ensure compliance with company policies.
This role will deliver Tier 2 support and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries associated with the international process and will analyze incoming questions to identify potential process improvements.
Qualifications :
- Pay rate $20.44
- Experience in a Human Resources role (preferably Recruiting / Talent Acquisition background).
- Experience in onboarding for international workers
- Associated with the international process
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Workday, SharePoint and ServiceNow is a plus not required
