As a FamilyMedicine Physician you will play a crucial role in providingcomprehensive medical care to patients of all ages serving as theirprimary point of contact for healthrelated concerns.

You will beresponsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute andchronic illnesses promoting health and wellness and managingongoing medical conditions.

Keyresponsibilities

• Conducting thoroughpatient assessments and health historyinterviews
• Diagnosing illnesses and prescribingappropriate treatment plans
• Providingpreventive care services such as vaccinations and healthscreenings
• Managing chronic conditions andcoordinating with specialists asneeded
• Offering personalized health educationand counseling to patients and theirfamilies
• Performing minor surgical proceduresand suturing when necessary
• Ensuring accurateand timely documentation in electronic health records(EHR)
• Collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals to optimize patientcare
• Participating in oncall rotations andhandling afterhours patient needs
• Stayingupdated on medical advancements and evidencebasedpractices
• Supervising medical assistants andother support staff
• Contributing to qualityimprovement and patient safetyinitiatives
• Engaging in community outreach andhealth promotion activities
• Attending andactively participating in clinical meetings and continuing medicaleducation

Requiredqualifications

• Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree
• Completion of an accredited residencyprogram in Family Medicine
• Board certificationor eligibility for certification in FamilyMedicine
• State medical licensure and DEAregistration
• Strong clinical acumen anddiagnostic skills
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
