Keyresponsibilities
- Conducting thoroughpatient assessments and health historyinterviews
- Diagnosing illnesses and prescribingappropriate treatment plans
- Providingpreventive care services such as vaccinations and healthscreenings
- Managing chronic conditions andcoordinating with specialists asneeded
- Offering personalized health educationand counseling to patients and theirfamilies
- Performing minor surgical proceduresand suturing when necessary
- Ensuring accurateand timely documentation in electronic health records(EHR)
- Collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals to optimize patientcare
- Participating in oncall rotations andhandling afterhours patient needs

Requiredqualifications
- Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree
- Completion of an accredited residencyprogram in Family Medicine
- Board certificationor eligibility for certification in FamilyMedicine
- State medical licensure and DEAregistration
- Strong clinical acumen anddiagnostic skills
