Earn your wings with a competitive wage starting at $35k a year , with the potential to earn up to $40k+ with bonus opportunities .
The bonus structure includes a 5% bonus after certification in the first year, a 7% bonus in the second year, and a 10% bonus after three years.
We offer excellent benefits, including paid training and certifications, a company phone, and a company vehicle. After a 90-day probationary period, there are opportunities for advancement.

DAY-TO-DAY LIFE AS A PEST CONTROL TECH
As a Pest Control Technician at Rid-A-Bird, your day begins by analyzing properties and strategizing bird control measures.
You implement innovative solutions, providing relief to homeowners and businesses.
Throughout the day, you educate clients on bird behavior and preventative measures, ensuring their properties remain bird-free.
You tackle various challenges, manage your schedule, and ensure client satisfaction. By day's end, you feel accomplished, knowing your efforts have made a significant impact.
WORK SCHEDULE
We are hiring for part-time and full-time positions, usually from Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Our base is in Phoenix, AZ, but you'll also venture to various locations as needed
