The HIEAs partnershipwith SAS relies heavily on a SAS Program Manager and a team of SASproject managers who perform standard program and projectmanagements functions including coordination with a team ofsubcontracted J2 developers.

TheHIEAs partnership with SAS relies heavily on a SAS Program Managerand a team of SAS project managers who perform standard program andproject managements functions including coordination with a team ofsubcontracted J2 developers.

Therefore in collaboration with SAS project managers theprimary purpose of HIEA project managers is to participate in theproject management lifecycle as follows to help ensure projectsmove forward within the schedule budget scope and resourcesallocated :

Scheduleand facilitate the review and approval of the following projectartifacts provided by SAS :

Abstracts

Statements of work (SOWs)

Project plans

Risk logs and remediation plans

Requirements

Designdocumentation

QAtest plans

Trackthe timely delivery of the above artifacts against contractualrequirements.2 Track the timely response or updates to projectartifacts when additional refinement is required.

As needed collaborate with SASproject managers to define highlevel project tracking and statusreporting dashboards or reports.

Participate in SAS project and operationalmeetings and :

Trackthe completion of tasks by HIEA SAS and J2 resource againstestablished deadlines.

Track the delivery of meeting minutes againstcontractual requirements3 and review meetings minutes for clarityand alignment.

Asneeded schedule lead facilitate meetings and communicateeffectively with SAS HIEA J2 and external stakeholders.

As needed provide collaborativesupport for standard operating procedures (SOPs) includingdocumentation diagrams KPIs and continuous improvement.

Utilize project and taskmanagement applications such as MS Project Jira ServiceNow MSPlanner and Asana.

Work closely with the HIEA Program Manager to understandthe broader context of projects and their intended impact inmeeting program goals.

Maintain an awareness and understanding of the agencysstrategic business vision mission objectives priorities relevantlegislation governance and funding sources &deadlines.

In addition to theduties described above the HIEA may have internal projects withlowtomedium complexity in which HIEA project managers perform thefollowing :

Fullproject management lifecycle support and documentation includingscoping requirements and scheduling; and adoption of agilewaterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.

Regular highlevel or detailedproject status reporting and presentations.

Support for internal standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) including documentation diagrams KPIs andcontinuous improvement.
