Job Title : DATA Modeller

Job Description :

• Data Modeling
• Design develop and maintain logical and physical data models
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories
• Ensure data models adhere to data governance and quality standards
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data models and schema designs
• Oracle PLSQL Development
• Develop and optimize PLSQL procedures functions triggers and packages
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction manipulation and reporting
• Performance Tuning and Optimization
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization to enhance system performance
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and other issues affecting database performance
• Work closely with application developers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for datarelated issues
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Documentation and Reporting
• Document data models database designs and development processes
• Create reports and dashboards as needed to support business decisionmaking
• Maintain uptodate documentation for ongoing and future reference

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Oracle PLSQL and SQL
• Strong experience with data modeling tools eg ERwin Oracle Data Modeler
• Proven track record in database performance tuning and optimization
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with other database management systems eg SQL Server MySQL
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL tools
• Familiarity with cloudbased databases and technologies
• Mandatory Certifications None
