We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, developing forward-looking insights, and providing recommendations to drive the financial performance of our business.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and a deep understanding of metrics to drive business results.
Based in beautiful and affordable Racine, Wisconsin, at our Headquarters on the shore of Lake Michigan, you’ll have incredible access to a variety of outdoor activities whether skiing and snowmobiling in winter, or kayaking, fishing, sailing, hiking or more in summer.

About the Role :
Provides decision support and benchmarking through financial modeling, business case analysis and financial reporting to support strategic and tactical business decisions.
Evaluates financial implications of specific business decisions / opportunities and advises management accordingly to ensure targeted financial performance achievement.
- Executes financial analysis and planning in partnership with business stakeholders and leaders. Collaborates to determine needs and provide financial and performance information.
- Assists in determining the workplan for the developing digital eCommerce P&L, inclusive of aligning on revenue and cost tracking.
Collaborates across business units to reach alignment on methodology of key metric tracking.
- Analyzes internal and external data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. Develops financial models, creating KPI dashboards and economic return models.
- Assists in the analysis of other business opportunities, as needed, including potential mergers, acquisitions, and other investments.
- Develops, maintains, and provides financial reports for forecasting and budgeting needs in partnership with financial controllers to gather data and inputs as required.
Provides in-depth analysis on variances.
- Identifies and implements the continuous improvement of systems, tools, and finance methodologies, shares business and financial best practices, and makes recommendations to ensure data consistency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Background Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting business or equivalent.
Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
- Financial planning, analysis and forecasting skills and experience. Ability to develop business cases and influence leaders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge and skills in decision support, financial benchmarking, modeling.
and financial reporting. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, pivot tables, Business Objects, One Stream, SQL).
- Demonstrated ability to function in a highly matrixed structure across functional, business, geographic and cultural boundaries.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
