Caldwell Toyota is Arkansas’ largest Toyota dealership that is wholly owned and operated by an Arkansas family. No corporate board or out of state management groups, Mr.
Caldwell is in the store each day and is very involved in every part of the dealership. Our greatest asset is our family of associates that strive for excellence and constant improvement each and every day.
Caldwell Toyota opened in Conway Arkansas September 16, 2002 and has grown exponentially since then. We moved into our new LEED Gold Certified green facility in June 2008.
Caldwell has achieved Toyota’s Presidents Award 13 years in a row more than any other store in Arkansas. This award represents consistent growth, customer retention and satisfaction excellence.

Caldwell Toyota has a fully heated and air conditioned shop. We provide toolboxes and benches for all experience technicians.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform System Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- Perform Technician Services & Repairs
- Perform Routine Multi-Point Inspections
- Be willing and able to learn and adapt
Job Qualifications :
- ASE Certifications Preferred
- Previous Automotive Technician Experience
- Own appropriate tools
- Pass pre-employment screenings (Drug & Background)
- Must have a valid Driver's License
