What You'll Do
You will be a pivotal member of the Software R&D team, working closely with software developers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to gather, process, and analyze data.
Your insights will guide decision-making, influence software development, and ensure that our solutions are grounded in evidence and real-world application.
Leveraging your data analytics expertise, you'll enlighten the team on user behavior, fine-tune software performance, and amplify patient care outcomes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Capabilities
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
- Strong understanding of data structures and database concepts.
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights and visualizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical technology industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Extra Credit!
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning or predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or with medical datasets.
