JOIN an award-winning team! BSC Signs is looking for an experienced sign salesperson. Ideally, you would bring a book of existing clients you work with and know all about the sign sales process.

We will train on internal systems and provide support to help you close as much as you can!

Position Summary :

The sales executive we are looking for will actively prospect new customers and existing client base you have. Sales executives are to manage the sales process through the hand-off to a project manager.

Our most successful sales executives are tenacious, possess excellent relationship building skills, have a strong drive for results, and advanced closing skills.

We work as a team salespeople at BSC Signs work independently but collaborate to help each other and NOT compete within our team.

Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers through cold calling and face-to-face sales presentations (utilizing the latest technology), driving the sales process through to closing.
• Accurately review contracts to ensure the scope of work is clearly defined.
• Smoothly transition the customer to the Project Management team.
• Provide sales forecasting reports to leadership, as well as insight on local market trends.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years B2B sales experience, preferably within the sign or construction industries, with a proven track record of aggressively growing sales
• Technical proficiency in a variety of programs, to include Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Zoom or online meeting platform
• A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.
