Title : Delivery Station Manager #142411
Locations : San Diego, CA
Salary range : $60k-72k / year, Full time role
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.
Responsibility
Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities and local customer service.
Under general supervision perform the following activities :
- Dispatches couriers for pickups and deliveries ensuring maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in service.
- Monitors and evaluates route loads to ensure balance of workload, flexibility of workforce
Qualifications
- Experience of DSP management;
- Solid ability on data analysis and spreadsheet;
