How you'll make an impact :
SiriusXM is looking for a Manager, Growth Strategy & Analytics to join the performance marketing team. In this managerial role, the candidate will oversee and optimize the execution of acquisition strategies across paid media channels.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire campaign process, from identifying opportunities through data analysis to implementing and refining strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
By developing and supervising a systematic approach to campaign execution and process management, the candidate will drive significant growth and scalability across our marketing initiatives.
Additionally, the candidate will work closely with various audience segments to identify trial and conversion trends, using these insights to continually optimize our strategies for maximum impact.
What you'll do :
- Create and maintain key performance dashboards for content related performance campaigns
- Integrate data visualization to team deliverables that clearly identify trends and campaign opportunities
- Maintain a suite of weekly, monthly dashboards to track progression of channel and business goals
- Work across marketing teams to create content campaigns that are equally cohesive and measurable
- Develop measurement tools to consolidate content initiatives across paid and owned channels
- Assist development of content campaign strategy through data insight and analysis
What you'll need :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 5+ years post-collegiate experience in marketing strategy and / or management consulting
- Extensive experience developing data visualizations in Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or related tool
- Advanced Excel capabilities (V-lookup, Pivot tables a must)
- Design or creative background / experience preferred
- Tableau experience and SQL understanding preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Good public speaking and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
- Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.

- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
