You will be joining the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) organization, which is a small team within the Global Order Fulfillment organization.

The Global Order Fulfillment organization provides best in class demand planning, order management, and delivery execution for the Global Operations organization.

S&OP is chartered with keeping demand and supply in balance to enable predictable operational execution.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role you will be pivotal in establishing and driving execution to Lam’s Global Operational build plan. This role helps define the global factory and supply chain requirements needed to support forecasted customer demand.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and business acumen to drive sound business and operational decisions.

You should be comfortable influencing in a highly matrixed environment without formal authority and have the confidence and communication skills to inform and influence at all organizational levels, including the executive level.

This role will be located in either Tualatin, OR or Fremont, CA.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish an aggregated global demand signal at the product level by understanding Sales forecast signals (CRM) and key market inflections (up or down).
  • Partner with regional factory planners to identify and mitigate factory and supply chain risks : establish mitigation plans to address gaps & drive to resolution.
  • Act as the Order Fulfillment front-line interface with Lam’s internal Sales Operations organization (BDSO) and drive accountability to mutual service level agreements.
  • Create and maintain an 18-month operational plan that prepares customer demand, establishes competitive product lead-times, and incorporates strategic demand needs.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related field.
  • Twelve (12) years of related experience in Operations Planning, Sales Operations, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Confidence and communication skills to inform and influence at all organizational levels, including the executive level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, with advanced Excel skills and SAP and CRM experience. Power BI or other related experience preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders.
  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience.
  • Relevant operational or planning certifications such as APICS.

On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.

Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
