Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking and monitoring project data completeness and data accuracy. The Project Coordinator oversees project procedures for collecting data and manages data QA / QC for the project.
The Project Coordinator supports organizational change management and community-based outreach activities.
Insight about the Position :
Project Process Management - Project coordinators play a major role in conflict resolution and problem solving on a wide variety of risks and issues as project roadblocks are encountered.
The Project Coordinator will identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Performs QA / QC on data - if data is inaccurate fines may be enforced on their group.
- Tracks, reports and analyzes Clean Transportation program performance, measure results and indicators. Creates ad hoc SQL queries to answer business questions.
The Project Coordinator should assist in maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Tracking Internal KPIs :
- How many hours of service did each advisor provide each week?
- How long does it take to talk customers through our program?
- Effectively collaborates with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives, and present solutions to business and regulatory challenges.
Including supporting organizational change management and community based outreach engagement activities.
- Performs special cost and project requirement studies as assigned.
- Performs other project coordinator duties as assigned.
Must Haves :
- 2+ Years of Project / Program Coordination Experience
- Experience creating ad hoc SQL Queries for business insights (Program Analyst that, can look at data and insights from the analytics team, and make suggestions to improve their process).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel.
- Must have the ability to identify issues, analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
- Able to communicate (verbal and written) technical information in a clear and concise manner to both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Must possess initiative, decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
