We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance / Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and benefits administration.
The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with insurance sales, and providing exceptional service, and providing social services.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct insurance policy analysis to determine coverage levels and limitations.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products that meet their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Experience :
- Experience in sales, customer service, or benefits administration.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make recommendations based on client needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or negotiating contracts is advantageous.
