Job Title : Entry-Level Event Coordinator
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Coordinator.
In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings.
You will work closely with senior event planners and other team members to ensure that all aspects of the events are seamlessly executed and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the development and execution of event timelines, schedules, and run-of-show plans.
- Help with the on-site setup and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
- Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and contracts for events.
- Contribute creative ideas for event themes, decorations, and entertainment.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of events, including feedback and evaluations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, sending invitations, and maintaining guest lists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
