Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and review Medical Information content and responses in collaboration with subject matter expertsRespond to requests for clinical and scientific information from healthcare professionals and consumersAssist in the development and management of an in-house medical information system and provide monthly reporting metricsRequired QualificationsGraduate degree in health sciences;
advanced terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP) preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Information in the pharmaceutical industry or a Medical Information Call CenterStrong knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, and pharmacologyExperience with a Medical Information Call Center databaseScientific background in Oncology and / or laboratory diagnostic testing preferred
