Dignity Health Connected Living has been serving seniors in Shasta County since 1968. Our programs have been designed for seniors and people with disabilities.
We are dedicated to meeting each participants physical mental and spiritual needs and we offer a variety of high-quality affordable health care services in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Supervises the day to day activities of assigned areas, ensuring all departmental and organization policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to and client concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Selects, trains, evaluates subordinates and initiates personnel actions in accordance with Human Resources policy and organizational philosophy.
- Develops and motivates a competent, well-trained staff capable of meeting or exceeding established performance expectations
- Carries out all aspects of the program / project operations
- Interacts with the public, program participants, volunteers and other agencies as required.
- Assists in scheduling, planning and implementation of operations, events, and trainings.
- Provides support to project / Program management and staff.
- Completes and complies with all required program reports and documentation as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
- Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills
- Valid California Driver's License and qualify to be insured under company vehicle insurance
Preferred Requirements :
- Supervisory experience
