Worley is now accepting applications for our graduate Supply Chain role. Worley’s graduate program has two main intakes in (Summer 2025) and (January 2025), though we may make additional hires throughout the year.
The graduate program intake volume is subject to business needs and availability, and the number of graduates hired may vary from season to season.
Purpose :
As part of the Worley Graduate Community and under supervision and mentorship within the Supply Chain department, you will assist in the delivery of engineering services to Worley' and our customers'.
Responsibilities :
- Performs relatively routine activities and tasks related to their area of focus under close supervision.
- Typically requires pre-knowledge of the discipline theories, principles and practices learned through college course work or prior work experiences.
- Develops broader knowledge through performing structured functional assignments, such as collecting and analyzing data related to specific tasks.
- Communicates with project team, receiving regular status and forecast updates
- Reviewing and validating data with discipline leads for cost reporting data, incurred costs, earned value and forecasts
- Managing vendor budgets, commitments, invoices, and forecasting
- Supporting project change processes by helping create and track project deviation notices and variations
- Reviewing vendor and subcontract invoices against contract term and customer invoicing requirements
- Tracking and maintaining overtime and personnel authorization forms and logs
- Manage project accounting and financial information within Worley’s financial system
- Responding to ad hoc requests and inquiries, as required
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields; or Project Controls
- Basic knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted office procedures.
- Generally, 0-2 years of experience in Engineering and Construction company Project Controls
- Computer proficiency required, Familiar with engineering software applications, basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail important.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English are important.
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain confidential information is critical.
- Minimum 3 days per week in Worley’s Houston Rogerdale Office, or more at company’s or project’s discretion
