Qualifications
Bachelor of Science required and clinical laboratory training culminating in national certification as defined by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Board of RegistryLicense / Certification required : ASCP Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent certification required?
Ability to work from broad directions and be self motivated.? Ability to prioritize workload to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization.? Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to guest, visitors, and patients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards and regulations.? Strong verbal and written communication skills.? Strong interpersonal skills.
