Print Operator

Position is Onsite in Plano, Texas

Monday-Friday 6am -2 : 30am

Pay is $17.50-$19 per hour

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a mailroom, post office, transactional print, or fulfillment environment.

Knowledge of commercial printing or direct mailer business is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Pitney Bowes, Bowe-Bell & Howe equipment, RICOH, or CANON printers is also advantageous.

Responsibilities :

• Process workload delegated based on Service Level Agreement due dates
• Operate Cannon High Speed Commercial Printers to process customer files.
• Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.
• Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 months to 1 year experience working in a similar environment.
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail.
• Learning to be efficient and mistake-free while maintaining speed.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $17.50-$19 per hour.
